Customer Reviews
Consistently good quality and service
This isn't my first order from Organic Origins Tea, and honestly, they're always reliable. I tried their Organic Matcha this time, after getting the English Breakfast and Chamomile before. The quality of the matcha was just as good as their other teas; very fresh and smooth. Shipping was on time again, took 5 days to reach Denver, which is pretty standard for them. It's why I keep coming back, I know what to expect.
Solid experience, good product
My recent order was for a Loose Leaf Tea Sampler and a Bamboo Matcha Whisk. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I liked that I could track the package easily; it arrived in about 6 days, which was within the estimated window. I did have a question about one of the teas in the sampler, and customer support got back to me within a day, which was helpful. The tea quality itself is quite good, especially the Sencha Green Tea. The whisk is also well-made and works as expected. Overall, a positive experience, and I'd consider ordering again when I run out.
Good first buy, fair price
I was looking for a good deal on some quality tea and saw Organic Origins. I grabbed the Double Cream Earl Grey. The price was pretty good, especially with the 10% off for signing up. Shipping was free because my order was over $75, which helped a lot. It felt like I got good value for what I paid. The tea arrived in about a week.

Hey, wondering how long it usually takes for orders to hit the US? I'm in New York and looking to get some of that Double Cream Earl Grey soon.
Thinking of trying their matcha, but I've always used David's Tea. Is Organic Origins matcha really that much better, especially the ceremonial grade?
how do the bundle deals work? trying to figure out if it's cheaper to buy a sampler or a couple of individual teas.
Does anyone know if you can actually return tea if you don't like it? Or is it like, once it's open, that's it?
Are their 'organic' claims actually legit? Like, do they have certifications or is it more like a marketing thing?
